Premium Service: For an additional fee, we can also arrange vehicle delivery and drop-off (one-way rental) at major hubs, including Haneda Airport and Narita Airport.

3. Comprehensive, Full-Support Insurance Coverage

Our package simplifies your rental experience. The standard rate includes the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Non-Operation Charge (NOC) waiver, meaning your out-of-pocket expenses in the event of an accident or breakdown are ¥0.

The following coverage is fully included in the standard rental fee:

■ Bodily Injury Liability (Third Party): Unlimited per accident.

■ Property Damage Liability (Third-Party Vehicles/Property): Unlimited per accident.

■ Collision/Vehicle Damage (Rental Vehicle): 

Up to the actual cash value of the vehicle, capped at ¥580,000 per accident (¥100,000 deductible).

Note: If an accident renders the vehicle undriveable or legally unsafe to operate, towing costs are covered up to a limit of ¥150,000.

■ Personal Injury Protection (Passengers of the Rental Vehicle): Up to ¥5 million.

Covers damages for injuries sustained by passengers in a vehicular accident (including death and permanent disability), regardless of the driver's degree of fault. (Coverage limit: Unlimited. Damages, including medical expenses, will be calculated in accordance with the standard insurance policy terms.)

*A "deductible" refers to the out-of-pocket amount not covered by standard insurance (which is fully waived under our comprehensive plan).



【Important Terms & Coverage Disclaimers】

■ CDW (Collision Damage Waiver)

The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) waives your standard out-of-pocket expenses for vehicle damage (up to ¥100,000) in the event of an accident.

・Scope of Coverage: If multiple accidents occur during a single rental period, the waiver applies strictly to the first accident only. Please enroll at the time of pick-up.

・Modifications: Enrollment or cancellation is not permitted once rental procedures are finalized.

・Authorized Drivers: All individuals planning to drive the vehicle must be registered at the time of pick-up.

・Eligibility: We reserve the right to decline CDW enrollment if the renter or any registered driver has a history of past accidents deemed inappropriate by our company.

・Long-Term Rentals: For rentals lasting up to one month, the CDW fee is capped and calculated at a maximum of 15 days.


■ NOC (Non-Operation Charge)

The Non-Operation Charge (NOC) is a business interruption fee levied if the vehicle requires repair, cleaning, or deodorizing due to an accident, theft, mechanical failure, staining, or lingering odors not attributable to our company.

The following fixed fees apply regardless of the severity of the damage or the time required for repairs. However, if you are enrolled in our NOC Waiver program, your out-of-pocket expense is ¥0 (subject to standard exclusions).

  Vehicle returned to the designated office (Self-driveable): ¥20,000

  All other cases (Vehicle requires towing / Not returned to office): ¥50,000

• Important Notes regarding NOC:

Standard NOC fees apply even if you are enrolled in the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).

・NOC fees are exempt from Japanese consumption tax.


■ Exclusions from Insurance, CDW, and NOC Coverage

Customers must strictly adhere to our Rental Terms and Conditions. Damages resulting from the following driving behavior, conditions, or negligence must be paid entirely out of pocket. In such cases, standard insurance, CDW, and NOC protections are completely void. If our company covers these expenses on your behalf, you are required to reimburse us immediately.

• 🚭 Strict No-Smoking & No-Pet Policy (Excluded from NOC Waivers)

All vehicles are strictly non-smoking. This includes electronic cigarettes and heated tobacco products. If evidence of smoking is found and professional cleaning, deodorization, or repairs are required, you will be billed for full business interruption and restoration costs.

Pets are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. If professional cleaning, deodorization, or repairs are required due to pet transit, you will be billed for full business interruption and restoration costs.

• 📞 Failure to Follow Accident Reporting Procedures

Regardless of the scale of damage, whether another party is involved, or who is at fault, you must immediately contact both the police and our company from the scene. (Required under Article 72 of the Road Traffic Act: Measures in Case of Traffic Accidents).

• 🚫 Violation of Rental Terms and Conditions

This includes violations of the Road Traffic Act or other regulations, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, unauthorized rental extensions, driving by an unregistered individual, subleasing, driving without a valid license, reckless driving, operating the vehicle in a manner that violates public order and morals, settling a claim out of court without our consent, or failing to cooperate with accident resolution efforts.

• 🔧 Insurance Policy and Coverage Exemptions

This includes intentional damage, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, flat tires or tire damage, lost wheel caps, and any damage caused to property owned, used, or managed by the renter or authorized driver.

• 🔑 Operational Negligence and Lack of Care

This includes vehicle theft resulting from keys left inside the ignition, lost keys, damages stemming from illegal or disruptive parking, stains or interior odors (including smoking inside a non-smoking vehicle), lost equipment, damages due to improper handling or installation of accessories, misfueling (putting the wrong fuel type in the vehicle), and driving off-road (such as on beaches or riverbanks).

Note: If a key is lost, the renter is responsible for the actual cost of the key replacement and all expenses incurred by our company to deliver it.

【Cancellation Fees】

Cancellation is free up to 7 days prior to the reserved date. Afterwards, a “Cancellation Fee” will apply: 20% of the base rate for 3 to 6 days prior; 30% for the day before or 2 days prior; and 50% for same-day cancellations or after the reserved date. 


【Important Notes】

※Regarding Alphard models: Individuals under 25 years of age, or those who have held their driver's license for less than 1 year, are neither permitted to apply nor drive.

※Regarding non-Japanese nationals: Individuals who do not possess an International Driving Permit issued by a signatory country of the 1949 Geneva Convention are neither permitted to apply nor drive.

All vehicles are strictly non-smoking: This falls outside the scope of NOC (Non-Operation Charge). In the event that cleaning, deodorizing, or repairs are determined to be necessary, you will be required to pay the business compensation fee under all circumstances.

Pets are not allowed in the vehicle: This falls outside the scope of NOC (Non-Operation Charge). In the event that cleaning, deodorizing, or repairs are determined to be necessary, you will be required to pay the business compensation fee under all circumstances.

※A deposit may be requested during the on-site reception on the day of rental to avoid the risk of unpaid balances in the event of trouble. If no issues occur, the full amount will be refunded upon return of the vehicle.

※During the winter season, long-term rentals on a 1-to-3-month basis are highly cost-effective for corporate clients. We recommend inquiring and booking early. (Echigo-Yuzawa Station Underground Parking is available for use).
