【Reservation Process】

①Please fill in the required information and submit it using the “BOOK NOW” button below.

※If your date of use is approaching, please visit our shop directly.

※Our shop is closed every Wednesday, and we may not be able to accept reservations on that day.

②We will check taxi availability and send you a confirmation email once the reservation is complete.

③We will send you a link for credit card payment by email. Please complete the payment by the specified deadline.

④On the day of your reservation, the taxi will pick you up. The charter ends after the drop-off.

【Regarding the Boarding Location】

The standard boarding location is in front of Snow Country Tourism at the West Exit of Echigo-Yuzawa Station.

Pickup is also available from hotels and ryokan around Echigo-Yuzawa Station. Depending on the location, an additional fee may apply, so please contact us in advance if you wish to arrange this.

【Cancellation Policy】

◎Standard Car & Jambo Car

　Cancellation 2-3 days prior to the start of the trip　　30% of the tour fee

　Cancellation 1 day prior to the start of the trip　　 40% of the tour fee

　Cancellation on the day of trip　　　　　　　　　　 50% of the tour fee

　Cancellation or no-show after the start of the trip 100% of the tour fee

◎Toyota Alphard

　Cancellation 14 days prior to the start of the trip　 20% of the tour fee

　Cancellation 7 days prior to the start of the trip　　30% of the tour fee

　Cancellation 1 day prior to the start of the trip　　 50% of the tour fee

　Cancellation on the day of trip　　　　　　　　　 100% of the tour fee
