越後湯沢駅Echigoyuzawa station9：30発＝田代ロープウェーTashiro10：00着(全員降車)＝ドラゴンドラ山麓駅Dragondola13：30発=越後湯沢駅Echigoyuzawa station14:30着
＜Bus2＞
越後湯沢駅Echigoyuzawa station10：30発＝田代ロープウェーTashiro11：00着(全員降車)＝ドラゴンドラ山麓駅Dragondola13：30発=越後湯沢駅Echigoyuzawa station14:30着
＜Bus3＞
越後湯沢駅Echigoyuzawa station11：30発＝田代ロープウェーTashiro12：00着(全員降車)＝ドラゴンドラ山麓駅Dragondola15：30発=越後湯沢駅Echigoyuzawa station16:30着
【旅行代金】大人（中学生以上）5,500円、 小学生3,800円、未就学児 500円
※未就学児料金は大人お1人の同行につき未就学児お１人までです。お２人目からは小学生料金となります。
※事前のクレジット決済または、雪国観光舎にてお支払お願いします。

Preschool-age child tickets can only be issued per 1 accompanying adult, from the second child on Elementary School child rates will apply.

【取消料】
※取消料は旅行代金を基準といたします。
乗車日前日は旅行代金の50％ 乗車日当日は旅行代金の100％
About Cancellation fees
※Cancellation fees are calculated based on the travel fee.
Cancellation on the day prior to the reservation: 50% of the travel fee
Cancellation on the day of your reservation: 100% of the travel fee
【チケットお渡し場所】越後湯沢駅西口「雪国観光舎」です。
※チケットをお渡ししますので、必ず受付をお済ませください。
※ご乗車に間に合うように余裕を持って受付できるようにお越しください。
Before departure, please visit the Snow Country Tourism Information Center located at the west exit of Echigo-Yuzawa Station to receive your ticket.
※Do make sure you have enough time to receive your ticket and reach the bus before the scheduled departure.
【注意事項】
●当日出発1時間前までにwebからご予約下さい。お電話や当日カウンターではご予約できません。
●既にドラゴンドラチケットをお持ちの方の、バス代のみの精算はできません。
ドラゴンドラチケット代金を含んだ料金となります。
●ドラゴンドラやロープウェーは日によっては大変混み合う場合もございます。
●バスは定刻通り出発しますので、乗り遅れた場合やいかなる理由においても返金不可とさせていただきます。路線バス、タクシーなど自力でお帰りいただく事となりますので、くれぐれもご注意ください。
●お帰りは田代ロープウェーには停まらないため、ご乗車できません。
●強風、雷などの天候によりドラゴンドラやロープウェーが運行中止になる場合があります。
●全席指定のため乗車券発券後のご予約以外の便への乗車変更はできません。
●添乗員及びガイドは同行しません。
About sightseeing with your shuttle bus ticket
※Please make your reservation on the web at least one hour prior to your scheduled departure
※Please note that the shuttle bus fare includes the price of your Dragondola ticket. In the event that you have already bought a Dragondola ticket separately, it is not possible to adjust the bus fare.
Important! All customers please read the following information carefully:
1. Depending on the day of your visit, the Dragondola and Ropeway station may be very crowded.
2. The bus will depart at the scheduled time. In the event that you miss your scheduled bus, it may be necessary to take public transportation or a taxi. Please note that customers who are late cannot receive a refund. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
3. Please note that you cannot reach the return bus via the Tashiro Ropeway. Please return via the Dragondola.
4. In the event of inclement weather, there may be cases where the Dragondola and Ropeway operation is canceled.
5. As all bus seating is reservation-only, once you are issued your tickets, you may only ride during the time of your reservation.
6. You will not be accompanied by a guide during your visit.
