【Notice of Rental Rate Revision – Rental Bicycle Service】

Thank you for using our rental bicycle service.

We would like to inform you that, due to a review of our service content, the rental rates will be revised starting July 1, 2025.

We will continue striving to provide a safe and comfortable rental experience for all our customers.

We appreciate your kind understanding and continued support.

■ Effective Date

Tuesday, July 1, 2025

■ Application of New Rates

The new rates will be applied based on the actual date of use.

Example: Rentals starting on or before June 30 → old rates apply

　　　　  Rentals starting on or after July 1 → new rates apply

■ New Rental Rates

≪e-Mama Chari≫

・Up to 2 hours: ¥880 → ¥1,100

・Up to 4 hours: ¥1,100 → ¥1,300

・Up to 8 hours: ¥1,650 → No change

・Up to 24 hours: ¥2,750 → No change

≪e-Cross Bike≫

・Up to 2 hours: ¥1,100 → ¥1,300

・Up to 4 hours: ¥2,200 → No change

・Up to 8 hours: ¥4,400 → No change

・Up to 24 hours: ¥5,500 → No change

Please note that there will be no changes to the rental rates for e-MTBs.

Easy cycling starting in front of the Echigo-Yuzawa station! Yukiguni Kankosha offers a wide variety of rental bicycles. The bicycles are electrically assisted bicycles, so you can easily ride up and down the slopes in Yuzawa Town! You can enjoy the nature of Echigo-Yuzawa with ease.

The exhilaration of riding a bicycle through the green nature is exceptional. It is also a great way to refresh yourself in your spare time. Please feel free to use our bicycles.

Helmets are required for the MTB (mountain bike) type of travel (helmets are available for free). Helmets are not required for “mom-chari” type bicycles.

Please use between 9:00 and 17:00.

Please bring your Passport with you on the day of the tour.

No cancellation fee will be charged.

However, in case of cancellation, please contact us in advance.

(If you do not contact us in advance and one hour has passed from the reserved time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.)
