※5～8月のご予約は必ず行きと帰りの往復にてお申し込みください。9月以降は往復セットでのお申し込みになります。

【注意事項 / Important Notes】

●入坑券付き乗車券の料金について 

ハイシーズン期間（4/21～11/20）およびオフシーズン期間（11/21～4/20）を問わず、本ツアー（入坑券付き乗車券）は年間を通じて一律同じ料金での販売です。

● Regarding the Fare for Entrance Ticket Packages

The price for the "Bus + Entrance Ticket" package remains a flat rate throughout the year, regardless of the high season (Apr 21 – Nov 20) or off-season (Nov 21 – Apr 20).

● 清津峡予約購入の方限定営業日について

本ツアー（入坑券付き乗車券）をご予約の方は、清津峡予約購入の方限定営業日において、ご自身での事前予約（入坑予約）は不要です。

● Regarding Days with Required Advance Reservations

For those who book this tour (Bus + Entrance Ticket package), you do not need to make your own advance entry reservation, even on days restricted to visitors with pre-purchased tickets.

●「2026年 越後妻有」共通チケットをお持ちの方へのご注意

本ツアー（入坑券付き乗車券）において、共通チケット利用による割引や差額の返金はございません。ご自身で入坑券を手配される場合は当社の「入坑券付き乗車券」を購入せず、共通チケット等をご利用される場合は必ず事前に清津峡公式ホームページをご確認ください。事前予約（入坑予約）がないと入坑できない日もございます。

● Notice for "Echigo-Tsumari 2026" Common Ticket Holders

No discounts or partial refunds are available for this tour package when using a Common Ticket. If you wish to use your own Common Ticket, please purchase the "Bus Ticket Only" instead of our entrance ticket package. In such cases, be sure to check the Kiyotsu Gorge official website in advance, as entry may not be permitted without a prior reservation on certain dates.

●取消料は旅行代金を基準といたします。乗車日3日前と2日前は旅行代金の30％、乗車日前日は40％、乗車日当日は旅行代金の100％

Cancellation fees are calculated based on the travel fee. 30% if cancelled 3 or 2 days before the departure date. 40% if cancelled 1 day before the departure date. 100% if cancelled on the day of departure

●座席指定はできません。※補助席になる場合もございます。

Specific seat reservations are not available. In some circumstances, you may be required to use an auxiliary seat.

●道路状況によりバスが遅延することがあります。返金は致しませんのでご了承ください。

There may be delays in bus service depending on road conditions. Please note that there are no refunds.

●添乗員及びガイドは同行しません。

You will not be accompanied by a guide.

●バスは定刻通り出発しますので、乗り遅れた場合やいかなる理由においても返金不可とさせていただきます。路線バス、タクシーなど自力でお帰りいただく事となりますのでくれぐれもご注意ください。

Buses depart on time and no refunds will be given for any reason, including if you miss the bus. Please be aware that you will have to return home on your own, by bus, taxi, or other means.

●天候により清津峡が閉鎖になった場合は催行中止となりますので全額ご返金致します。

If the Kiyotsukyo Gorge is closed due to weather, the tour will be cancelled and a full refund will be given.
