本シャトルバスは、越後湯沢駅と会場（苗場グリーンランド）を結ぶ、イベント参加者向けの移動手段です。

This shuttle bus provides transportation for event participants between Echigo-Yuzawa Station and the venue, Naeba Greenland.

【5月29日（金）】越後湯沢駅 → 苗場グリーンランド

15:00発　¥3,000  Departs around 15:00

22:00発　¥3,500  Departs around 22:00

【5月31日（日）】苗場グリーンランド → 越後湯沢駅

May 31 (Sun) | Naeba Greenland → Echigo-Yuzawa Station

17:45発　¥3,000   Departs around 17:45

■受付・集合場所 / Check-in & Meeting Point

集合場所は、越後湯沢駅東口です。

The meeting point is the east exit of Echigo-Yuzawa Station.

ご乗車時にお名前の確認を行います。

We will confirm your name when boarding.

出発の15分前までに受付をお済ませください。

Please complete check-in at least 15 minutes prior to departure.

ご乗車に間に合うよう、時間に余裕を持ってお越しください。

Please make sure to arrive with enough time to complete check-in before departure.

本商品は片道ごとの販売となります。

This product is sold as a one-way shuttle ticket.

席には限りがございます。先着順での販売となり、満席になり次第受付終了となります。

Seats are limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Sales will end once all seats are filled.

お支払いについて

本商品のお支払いは、事前のクレジットカード決済のみとなります。

ご予約は、決済完了をもって確定となります。

About payment

Payment for this product must be made in advance by credit card only.

Your booking will be confirmed only after payment has been completed.

取消料について

取消料は以下の通りです。あらかじめご了承ください。

・乗車日の3日前～2日前：旅行代金の30％

・乗車日の前日：旅行代金の40％

・乗車日当日：旅行代金の100％

About cancellation fees

Please note that the following cancellation fees will apply:

・30% of the fare if cancelled 3 to 2 days before the departure date

・40% of the fare if cancelled 1 day before the departure date

・100% of the fare if cancelled on the departure date

座席指定はできません。補助席となる場合がございます。

Specific seat reservations are not available. In some cases, you may be required to use an auxiliary seat.

道路状況によりバスが遅延することがあります。

There may be delays in bus service depending on road conditions.

添乗員およびガイドは同行しません。

You will not be accompanied by a tour conductor or guide.

乗り遅れた場合、振替対応はできません。

If you miss the bus, we will not be able to offer an alternative transfer.

運行時刻は当日の交通状況等により前後する場合があります。

Departure and arrival times may vary depending on traffic and operating conditions on the day.
