【お申し込みの流れ】
①下記の「予約する」ボタンから必要事項を入力して送信
※ご利用日が近い場合は、お電話にてお問い合わせください。
※毎週水曜日は当店の定休日です。ご予約を承れない場合がございます。
②弊社でタクシーの手配が出来ましたら、予約完了通知メールをお送りします
③メールにてクレジットカード決済用のリンクをお送りします。期日までにお手続きください。
④当日、タクシーがお迎えに上がります。貸切終了後に解散
[Reservation Process ]
①Please fill in the required information and submit it using the “BOOK NOW” button below.
※If your date of use is approaching, please visit our shop directly.
※Our shop is closed every Wednesday, and we may not be able to accept reservations on that day.
②We will check taxi availability and send you a confirmation email once the reservation is complete.
③We will send you a link for credit card payment by email. Please complete the payment by the specified deadline.
④On the day of your reservation, the taxi will pick you up. The charter ends after the drop-off.
【乗降場所に関して】
基本は越後湯沢駅西口にあります雪国観光舎前での発着となります。
越後湯沢駅周辺のホテル旅館からも乗車可能です。場所によっては追加料金がかかる場合がございますので、ご希望の際はお問い合わせください。
[Regarding the Boarding Location]
The standard boarding location is in front of Snow Country Tourism at the West Exit of Echigo-Yuzawa Station.
Pickup is also available from hotels and ryokan around Echigo-Yuzawa Station. Depending on the location, an additional fee may apply, so please contact us in advance if you wish to arrange this.
【お取消に関して】
お客様のご都合でお取消される場合は、下記の金額を取消料として申し受けます。
宿泊の前日から起算してさかのぼって7日前の解除 宿泊料金の20％
宿泊の前日から起算してさかのぼって3日前の解除 宿泊料金の30％
宿泊の前日から起算してさかのぼって前日の解除 宿泊料金の50％
当日のお取消または無連絡 宿泊料金の100％

Cancellation 2-3 days prior to the start of the trip 30% of the tour fee
Cancellation 1 day prior to the start of the trip 40% of the tour fee
Cancellation on the day of trip 50% of the tour fee
Cancellation or no-show after the start of the trip 100% of the tour fee
